Wake up and enjoy your beverage of choice, as you greet the morning on the one of the porches of You’re My Boy Blue! This three-story home boasts plenty of living space and Peek-A-Boo Gulf views throughout and is just down the street from the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Resort-style amenities in this neighborhood also include two sparkling shared pools. Beautifully decorated, the stylish floor plan features hardwood floors and exquisite granite countertops. The ground-floor entrance, a bunk room (BR4) with three sets of custom-built Twin over Twin bunk beds and storage underneath to slide your luggage under. 
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS As part of the community at Royal Sands, you’ll enjoy luxurious resort-style amenities, including two shared year-round pools and a private boardwalk to the beach. In-home amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix access with your own account*, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the driveway. Access to the smaller side of the garage. Spend sun-soaked days relaxing on the beach, swimming, and building sandcastles. 0.2 mile walk to the beach by way of the boardwalk,  3.5 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife, 5.3 miles to the Marina for fishing and dolphin charters. For miles of shoreline and wide, sandy beaches, make your way down to Mustang Island State Park.  *Must be able to walk upstairs, no elevator*    Book your stay to come and play!

We had a wonderful stay at You’re My Boy Blue and it fit our families perfectly for our annual trip. We loved the setup of the house and house spacious it was for the kids to have their own space and all being able to come together on the 2nd floor for meals and hangout. The air conditioner could have cooled better on the first floor, the kitchen can use some more utensils such as metal spatulas and a crockpot, but the overall house experience was great. We would stay in the house again and recommend it for sure!

This home is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked. The golf cart included was especially nice, although it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this home.

This home was beautiful it met completely our needs with comfortable beds, and very spacious rooms. We enjoyed very much gather at the kitchen island, prepare breakfast as well as dinner for everyone.The closeness of this home to the beach was perfect as well as having access to drive a golf cart. Definitely we will consider this beautiful home to rent it again for our next holiday trip.Thank you Life in Paradise staff for answering my questions when needed, great service and prompt action.

The House is fabulous. Kitchen is stocked very well. Beds and pillows are all comfortable even the bunkbeds, love the amenities of the paper products and the trash bags. Thank you. Also really do like the soap and lotion dispensers. The only thing I wish is that there was recycling and maybe leave some WD-40 for us to use on the doors. They're a little squeaky Will definitely come back and enjoy this beach in this house

Great house! We had three families in this house and we had plenty of room! The teenagers loved the bunkroom! The two masters were amazing! Thanks for a great stay. We will definitely rent this house again.

Having 2 Master suites was really great for our group. You can tell this is a very new house and the furnishings were really nice. Definitely felt like a vacation. Golf cart is a must to get to and from the beach.
