Parking for 2 vehicles (A Guest Pass must be displayed on the dashboard. A warning notice will be placed under the windshield wiper of unpermitted vehicles for a minimum of 24 hours prior to towing. The following are not permitted on the condominium parking lot without the Board's consent: recreational that aren't legal for street usage, large commercial trucks and industrial vehicles. Washing, repairs, restoration, or maintenance of vehicles is prohibited, except for emergency repairs, and then only to the extent necessary to enable movement of the vehicle to a repair facility. All parking spaces at the condominium shall be used for parking purposes; leaving a vehicle in the same space for more than 72 hours shall be considered "storage" and will be towed.
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

We loved the condo. It was clean and so was the pool area. The boardwalk was so convenient and being above the pool was nice! The only thing we wish was available is access to the beach by golf cart.

Best condo we have ever stayed at!

Overall

We have stayed at La Mirage in the past, Sandcastle, Port Royal, and many houses we have rented in the area and I can honestly say the room 2001 at Grand Carribean is my most favorite so far to have stayed with my family. From the price, to beach access, easy check in, the amazing rooms and space, the number of bathrooms, cleanliness, easy access to trash chutes-when you need to get rid of trash, you don’t have to walk to the parking lot to a dumpster, and the pool were the main reasons I loved this place! The view of the gulf was the icing on the cake, and you get that from any room you stay in!! We won’t go anywhere else from now on! I even got credits for renting there and got a free, huge, easy to pull, wagon and ice chest to use to carry our things to and from the beach. One less ice chest to bring in our truck and we didn’t have to carry bags and things and have our hands full while walking to the beach. It was so convenient and a nice perk!! This is my go to place from now on and my family’s too!
