Book your next trip to stay in this charming, ground-level home in the Old Town area of Port A with a newly built private pool!  It is just 0.2 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife and 0.6 miles to the beach.  Arrive through the side gate from the driveway to the backyard area, to be welcomed by a new pool, a great space for cooking up the day's catch on the gas grill, snacking at the picnic table, sitting by a fire in the chiminea, or taking in our beautiful sunrises while sitting with your morning coffee in hand. Enter the house into the galley-style kitchen where a cook will feel at ease with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, a pantry, a Duo Keurig pod/drip coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy the freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. The overstuffed couch and accent chair are perfect for lounging on while watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. The owner has kindly left board games on the coffee table to use as well. The hallway holds all three bedrooms for sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, luggage rack, closet, nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV, it's complete with an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a single vanity. This room is also accessible by the kitchen area. The middle bedroom (BR2) is equipped with a Full-size bed, closet, wall-mounted TV, a chair for reading a book, and floor space to stretch out and play. The third bedroom (BR3) is made up of a Queen bed, luggage rack, closet and wall-mounted TV. All rooms share a bathroom with a pedestal sink and tiled tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a laundry area off of the deck with a full-size washer and dryer. The large concrete driveway offers room for 4 vehicles, or 2 vehicles and boat parking. Home was clean, comfortable, cool & centrally located to all Port A amenities. The pool & spa was well maintained & refreshing after a hot day the beach. Electric outlet in master bath does not work, everything else was great as always!!

Great place for a weekend family getaway.

This house was perfect for a long weekend with our family. It was cozy, but nothing felt cramped. The pool is the real star of the show. We had a couple issues with the filter system but LIP staff was quick to respond and sent maintenance and the pool guys to take care of it. This house is perfect for families and those with kids. It's a quick drive down to the beach and close to everything. Would totally book again!

This home was perfect for our short weekend stay with family. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. Although we didnt bring swimsuits, it was nice to hang our legs in the pool & hot tub. * You will want to remember to bring your own propane &/or charcoal. The Hosts were responsive to our questions & We would reccomend this home to family & friends.

We experienced an issue with the A/C cooling adequatley. When I called the office the person was responsive to my concerns and thorough in setting up a time for service. Life in Paridise arrived within the hour and had a service person out and fixed the A/C prior to us returning from the beach. The rest of the time in the house everything worked great! I have stayed at many vacation rentals and the service provided by Life in Paridise is by far the best I have experienced.

We had an amazing visit! Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. The pool was amazing as well.....exactly what we needed with the heat we are having here in Texas. We will definitely be back!

Everything in the house was great, the only thing that was not working for us during our stay; was the outside light. We couldn't enjoy the swimming pool at night because of it, but everything else in the house was excellent and very convenient, thank you so so much for the coffee kiureg pots, as we had packed our coffee machine but forgotten the coffee. Our children enjoyed the house, and we had a great time as well. Thank you for the excellent service, can't wait to go back :)

The house was cute inside and out. Pool was great for those evenings after the all day beach fun. Beach access was right around the corner easy driving. Grocery store was very close sea food store as well. My family enjoys renting from y’all so far properties have been nothing but great clean and great locations. This is why we keep coming back to Port A!! Thanks Ramirez Family

The house is lovely on a corner lot. It is well decorated. The service response times were expedient. It was dog friendly! We loved the hot tub and pool! It is a private outdoor space! My only addition would be to fix the grass patches by the driveway gate and get rid of all stickler weeds in the side yard so doggies have a safe place of grass to do their business. We will use Life in Paradise again! Thanks for a great experience!
