AH-G226: Ferry Retreat: Remodeled Second Floor Condo, Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Near Marina

 

Book your next stay at Ferry Retreat, a newly remodeled second-floor condo in town near the Marina. This condo is decorated with a beach and oceanic theme with modern touches and built-ins throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, a toaster, a toaster oven, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all of your culinary needs. Utilize the desk area for working from home or distance learning.  The extended breakfast bar has seating for four. Adjacent to this area is a unique sidebar along the wall with additional seating or four.  The living room is comprised of a large sectional with chaise and plush pillows, made for relaxing and watching the large wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the ships pass through the nearby channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Twin over Full bunk bed, a single Twin bed, a nightstand, and a wall-mounted TV. The hallway bath is equipped with a large granite countertop, sink, and tiled tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, chair for reading a book, closet, and wall-mounted TV.  The ensuite bathroom consists of double vanities, separate from the stand-alone tile shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Our summer vacation with Life In Paradise Vacation Rentals was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could’ve wanted—from bath towels and kitchen essentials to cozy furniture that made it feel like a true home away from home. We especially loved the attention to detail and the beach theme; it’s clear they care about their guests’ comfort. The location was good—just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful enough to enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on the patio and a view of a ferry. We spent our days soaking up the sun, fishing, and taking in the gorgeous sunsets. What really stood out was the customer service. The team at Life In Paradise was friendly and genuinely welcoming. I visited with my kids and they loved the pool and hot tub, plus the view of the harbor. I loved the fully functional and stocked kitchen. It was a short drive to the beach, nature preserve, dolphin viewing, ferry, and an amazing gellato place :D Great location and very clean and comfortable stay. Thank you!

Everything was very clean and the condo had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Beds were great and lots of seating for dinner. The master bedroom could use some blackout curtains but other than that is was great!

This establishment is super easy to get to. Upon entering, you notice a very clean and tidy place. The Furniture and bedding are super comfortable and clean. Great attention to detail. We can't wait to book another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable beds and nice all around. Only complaint is there was a Keurig Coffee maker, but no coffee pods or creamer. Very important in the morning. Otherwise great place!

My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at the Ferry Retreat! The condo was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean although I think the cleaning staff could have paid a little more attention to detail but overall it was great. After we were already there for a day, my son saw that golf carts were advertised as available free to guests for the duration of the stay but that was never mentioned in any of my communication with Life In Paradise prior to the trip. That would have been nice to know!
