This large, beautiful home is located in the Mustang Royale beachfront community. The coastal décor is carried throughout with an inviting and sophisticated feel. The new boardwalk that is now Golf Cart Accessible is a wonderful added extra to haul all of your items to the beach. The game room/bedroom will keep the kids busy for days.
The ground-floor foyer leads to the guest bedroom (BR1), complete with a King bed, nightstands, suitcase stand, dresser, and TV. Take in the view of the pond with access to the back patio from this room. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower and plenty of counter space for your toiletries. For your convenience, the laundry room has a full-size washer, dryer, and an area for ironing and hanging clothes. The game room/bedroom (BR2) is accessed through the garage. This is the perfect area for the kids to stay and play. It has a Queen bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed. Play a competitive game of basketball, chess, checkers, or Pac-Man. This room also has a sink for washing and cleaning up. Walk out the French doors to the covered patio where you can grill, eat at the picnic table, relax in the porch swing, or walk a few steps to the pond and cast a fishing rod. 
Venture upstairs to find the family/dining area and 3 additional bedrooms. The second level is covered by tall ceilings and access to huge balconies both in front and back. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dining for 8 at the large dining table with an additional 2 at the breakfast bar. Catch your favorite sport or movie while lounging on the plush sectional. Walk out to the back balcony to take in the water view of the pond that wraps around the side and back of the house. There is a half bath in the hall for your convenience. The third bedroom (BR3) by the stairs can also be used as an office. It consists of a twin daybed, pull-out Twin trundle, desk, closet, and doorway to the front balcony. The master bedroom off of the kitchen (BR4) has a King bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and sitting area perfect for reading a book. Hang your beach attire in the walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-alone glass-enclosed shower and double vanities. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony in the ocean breeze from this bedroom. Up the landing, a half-level is the Eagles Nest (BR5) with views for days. This separate space has a Twin bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed. Cool off in the new pool on the side of the home that can be heated during the winter months. Pack your bags and bring the family for a vacation to remember.

Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime.  Services may be performed while occupied.
Beach Gear Credit With a 2-night minimum stay - details will come via email from Vayk Gear. Ordering must be done online at least 48 hours prior to your arrival 
Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY Subject to a $10 fuel charge.
The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay

The house was the perfect balance of spacious and cozy. The kids all enjoyed the pool and the game room! The large sectional was just what we needed for a family movie night! If we ever had any questions, we received a prompt response. Everything was great and we were able to have the perfect end of summer family vacation!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at Mustang Royale 150! There were plenty of comfortable beds with extra bedding available for everyone. The living room was spacious enough for all of us to gather and enjoy watching TV together, and the dining table was perfect for shared meals and game nights. After a day at the beach, the pool was the perfect way to relax and cool off! We did have one minor issue during our stay, but it was handled quickly and efficiently by the customer service team over the phone and resolved promptly by maintenance—greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying again!

This is our second visit to MR-150. We enjoy the property, it's cleanliness and all the amenities. This property has plenty of space for the whole family to be comfortable. The community is very quit and friendly. Such a nice place to relax by the beach or by thr pool.

A beautiful property. A 1 minute beach cart ride to one of the nicest parts of the beach. The pool was clean and fantastic at the end of everyday. Giant property that is nice and well appointed without being pretentious. The kids loved the downstairs game room. They also loved the crows nest on the 3rd floor. Not our first time here and hopefully not our last.

Our family and close friends had a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday at MR150! Plenty of beds/room for everyone. The layout of the home is a big unique with the one bedroom/game room accessible only through the garage and the bathrooms with showers have to be entered through the master suites, but otherwise we loved the place. We had the pool heated for warming up after the beach, etc. and our boys loved staying in the "tower". The golf cart was extremely helpful for zipping down to the beach. We only had to call management for a few minor things, and they were very friendly and very responsive, especially for it being a holiday weekend.

Everything was so incredibly beautiful and comfortable at the house. It was so easy to relax and have a peaceful and wonderful stay, so many amenities that came with the home. The Life in Paradise staff responded quickly and helped us with all of our questions and any needs that arose, they were extremely kind and accommodating. We will definitely come back and tell others about this place!

My family experienced an unexpected loss and were accommodated last minute. Staying at Mustang Royale was nothing short of the biggest blessing during one of the hardest weeks of our year. Being able to find solace on the ocean just minutes away... waking to the gorgeous views from the balcony. Our kids enjoyed exploring up and down the stairs and the 3rd level haha (they are little and that kept them entertained for hours). The location was perfect. The home brought so much peace and respite to us in such a trying time for us. Thank you for having this available - it was such a treasure!!!

I have spent the past 61 years traveling to Rockport and Port Aransas for vacation with my family. This was the first time we found a home through Mustang Island Rentals and everything was effortless. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of fourteen and Sabera and Emily were so great about literally everything! 150 Mustang Royale is such a great house and the pool was a huge hit with all of our grandkids. Being able to swim at night was so much fun for everyone. Having a golf cart is a must! Taking it to the beach using the boardwalk at the end of our street was really fun and left our cars and trucks clean for the trip back home. We will definitely be using the Mustang Island Rentals team again! Thank y'all so much for a great weekend!!

Came down here for the holidays to spend it with my family. Everyone loved the stay, it was such a beautiful home, the kids definitely loved their rooms. Beautiful view with the golf cart included it was easy to travel everywhere....Enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back and recommend it to any big family looking to spend a great time....

What a Beautiful spacious five bedroom Beachhouse with heated pool! It was the most incredible Beachhouse we’ve ever stayed in!!! It was meticulously clean and just a walk from the beach. Most of all the lagoon that wraps around the house is to die for! off the back balcony I would watch huge massive fish jumping out of the back porch!! The game room was so incredible for our kids!! This is the beach house to choose out of all! I highly highly recommend it!!
