This place has been completely remodeled and decorated. It is so spacious and so well laid out. Multiple families had no problems enjoying all of the space. We will definitely try to rent this space again on our next trip to Port Aransas.

Our family loved spending a long, sandy weekend in your gorgeous home! The kids (age 7 & 9) were so excited to have their own space upstairs-they set up a "Movie Night" in the game room and felt extra "fancy" in the green bunk room. It was a beautiful weekend on the beach and coming home to Tropical Sunsets each day was the perfect way to relax after a long day in the sun. The labels on everything were so helpful too! This home takes your breath away when you walk in. It is stunning. Fit our family perfectly. Loved the decor. Loved cooking in the kitchen. Every drawer was marked which helped so much. The only thing I could have used was a big pot for our shrimp boil and a shrimp peeler. I hope to stay in this home next year.

Wonderful house, great location

This home is amazing. The space is great. We had 5 moms and 5 teen boys, and it was plenty big for everyone. It has everything you need in the kitchen and we had a great time cooking, eating, and playing games. The location is just north of Cinnamon Shores. You can take the golf cart down the beach to the restaurants at Cinnamon Shores but the beach closest to the house isn't as crowded, which we liked. We'd strongly recommend this property.

Beautiful Spacious New Home

We've stayed in quite a few homes in the Port A area over the years. Tropical Sunset is by far the best home we have stayed at. The layout is perfect. Five bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. A great game room for the kids. The kitchen had everything you can think of to cook a gourmet meal. Only thing missing is a tea kettle. One of my friends likes hot tea. All of the appliances were top of the line. There is a huge tv with a seating area for at least 10-12 people to watch football. I never thought i would be at the coast sitting around watching bowl games. To top everything off, a 6 person golf cart was included. It was really windy and cold but we still bundled up and ventured out in the cart. It was fun! There is PLENTY of parking at the house for at least 5 vehicles. Lastly, i do want to mention that Life in Paradise was super easy and super friendly to work with!
