SB522: Boomer's Bungalow , Pet Friendly Beach home w/ Private Pool and Golf Cart Included

Boomer's Bungalow is the perfect home for your next family vacation getaway, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have private ensuite baths and a private pool. This home is conveniently located 0.3 miles to the beach and 0.9 miles to restaurants, shops and bars. Try out your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious counter tops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans and utensils. For the coffee lovers in the group there is both a regular drip, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living area has two sleeper sofas, all made for relaxing while watching a movie or your favorite sports team on the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, closet and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a tile stand-alone shower. The master suite (BR3) has a King bed, closet, chest and wall mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower with a glass door enclosure. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi connected Smart TVs. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet for your personal use. Cool off in the brand-new pool or lounge beside it while catching some rays. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off a day at the beach. Pack your bags and bring the family to come stay and play.

Boomers bungalow was as advertised! We love coming to the beach in October and the weather was perfect so you can still get out and enjoy the sand and ocean and our dog who happens to be named boomer definitely enjoyed splashing around in the waves. The bungalow was roomy and had all the amenities that we needed And The pool was definitely a nice touch. Will definitely consider staying here again. The only thing they could make this trip more enjoyable would be if you guys could build a bridge from Port Aransas to Fort Worth so we could avoid high 35!

This was my family’s second time staying at Boomer’s Bungalow and it was just as great as the first time. It is very spacious and in a wonderful location with lots of parking space for vehicles and golf carts—the private pool is an added bonus! We had an issue with the A/C our last night, but had a fast response from the company on getting it fixed. Highly recommend this house and the Life in Paradise rental company.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Boomer’s Bungalow! The house was perfect for our group of six, with plenty of space across the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Being pet-friendly and having the golf cart included were both huge bonuses. We arrived on Sunday, parked our cars, and didn’t need them again until we left on Wednesday—which was amazing. We all wished we had one more day to enjoy everything a little longer. The kids especially loved having the pool to cool off in after spending time at the beach, and the outdoor shower made it super convenient to rinse off before heading inside. The only downside was the number of ants around the pool area and picnic table, but that was minor compared to everything else we loved. We’ll definitely keep this house on our list for future visits!

Loved this house. Layout was perfect. The yard and fence area was well thought out and safe. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was too cold but did sit around it and wish we could have gotten in. Kitchen is well appointed and the table was perfect for family feasts and game playing. Highly recommend and would love to rent again as soon as possible!

Boomer’s Bungalow was the perfect home for our annual trip to Port A. It offered spacious common areas; the kitchen had pretty much everything needed to prep and cook meals; three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which are en suite); the pool was perfect for lounging. My adult daughter said she’s ready to book this house for next year!

Enjoyed The House And Had All We Were Looking For … Newly Modeled And Updated From All Areas Of House Was Truly Wonderful.. The Pool Was Amazing And Was A Great Hang Out After A Hot Day At The Beach! Would Like To Back Soon .. Only Things I Would Like To See Would Be A Newer And Bigger Outdoor BBQ Pit ..Small In Size , And Place Had So Many Ants All Over Patio , Walls, Driveway And Under Front Door Entrnace Was Easy Access… Im Sure This Will Be Resolved But Would Not Discourage Us Coming Back . The house was great! The location to the beach was wonderful! Our family had a great time enjoying the house and the pool!!The only reason I rated it a 4 star is because the mattresses on the beds were very hard. If anyone likes soft mattresses, then I suggest they bring something to put on the beds.We will definitely rent this property in the future!

We had a wonderful time staying at Boomer's Bungalow. It was clean and equipped with literally anything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops was so convenient, especially with the included golf cart. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Wonderful property close to the beach. We had a great time and loved that the golf cart was included. There was no toilet paper upon arrival and the showers had orange growth in them, but otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Excellent place, location! We love Port A, one thing we did notice is local people in places of business, not friendly which surprised us since it is a tourist town, and it’s Texas, where was the Southern hospitality?

The house was beautiful and was a quick walk to the beach. Life in Paradise (LIP) was awesome to work with and any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. We were supposed to start our stay the Saturday that Hurricane Hanna hit but we were able to change our stay from Sunday-Sunday instead. As for the cleanliness, the only thing that wasn't clean was the floors. There was sand all over the floors and some moping needed to be done. There was only a broom, no mop, no vacuum. It's very difficult to get all of that fine sand off the floors without just moving it around so I would have liked to have a vacuum as an option to use. I did call LIP and asked for a mop and got one that day to use if needed. They offered to clean the floors but we declined. The ice maker wasn't working and Maintence came out to fix it the day we called. Even after it was fixed, it only made about 1/2 cup to 1 cup of ice all day so we just bought ice to use. I especially loved that there's a gate at the top of the stairs since we have a 1 y.o and could let her walk around and play on the porch without worrying about her falling down the steps. We would recommend this house to friends and will be renting it again!

Great single-family house, nice amenities

Overall very satisfied. Big open house for a single family with 2 kids. Nice modern amenities, high speed internet, TVs in every room. Made for some relaxing downtime away from the water.

Short drive or ~6 block walk to the beach. A bit of road noise since it is near a busy intersection, but this quieted down by bedtime and made for some good people-watching.

The property manager reached out proactively and stopped by to check on us, since there was a bachelor party checking out just before us. There was an HDMI cable missing, but this was promptly replaced by the host.

Only complaint is that the unit was clean but could have been cleaner. There was a slight odor of pot from the prior guests, and a fine dusting of sand left on the floors. Also found one extra pillow in the closet that appeared to have vomit spray (?) on it. But everything that we actually used was sufficiently clean.

As described, easily and comfortably houses 8 guests. We went down for my son's birthday with family and the house was super spacious, clean and comfortable.
We had a blast for our 5 days in Port A!
