Blue Casa: Su Casa a 3BR, 3BA rental tucked in desirable Sunflower Beach Resort, the ultimate locale for active families and beach lovers. Enjoy a walk down to the beach via the sidewalk access path or golf cart assessable boardwalk. The community features 2 shared pools, a nice resort pool with dining pavilion, seasonal café, and shaded kids lounge. The other is a tranquil adult only pool. The house features a large living area that offers lots of extra space for your group. Host a movie night in the spacious first floor living room, with ample seating on the plush sleeper sofa. Watch your favorite movies on the flat screen TV. Plan a game night for your group or pour a beverage from the custom-built bar. Also on this main floor is a King guest room with an ensuite full bath with walk-in shower. For the young travelers in the group, the bunk room is also located on this level, with 2 sets of twins over twin bunk beds, an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo. On the second level you are greeted by the open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining area. Cooking is a breeze with high quality Whirlpool appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather at the elegant dining table, or move to the courtyard for alfresco meals. Head out to the second-floor balcony to relax in the fresh open air, enjoy a beverage in this large intimate sitting area enjoying views of the Gulf as well as the sunset on the Bay. On the second level, the master bedroom is a serene and stylish oasis, with a king bed and a flat screen TV. This room is built for true relaxation at the end of the day with plush bedding and linens. Downtown Port Aransas is less than 5 miles away, visit local restaurants like The Gaff, or LaPlaya, among dozens of others. You may encounter construction at Sunflower Beach Resort as it is a developing community.

Can’t compliment this place enough. It’s set up perfectly for 2 families with kids. Short trip over the dunes and you’re on the beach. House is well maintained and crazy comfortable.

Overall

Great time! We've stayed in many years. Clean. Cold AC. Very comfortable. Love this place. We had a couple minor issues first night we were there but maintenance came out right away and fixed both issues. Can never figure out ceiling fans and how to control them. They all worked great but the hand held remote didn't seem to work but we chose not to call maintenance since they worked fine otherwise. See you next year!

This is a beautiful place and it has a fantastic location. You can walk to the beach! Blue Casa;Su Casa at Sunflower Beach is a great family place to stay. There is plenty of room and the layout is great with a room downstairs for the kids. Everything about this house is amazing.
