As you enter the first level, you’ll find a charming apartment with a separate entrance, ideal for guests. This cozy space features a comfortable living area with a sofa, TV, and a dining table for two. The fully stocked kitchenette is equipped with full-size appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. A welcoming bedroom and a full bath complete this level, providing convenience and privacy.
Moving to the second level, you’ll be captivated by the open concept layout. The living area is designed for both comfort and entertainment, featuring a sectional sofa that extends into a queen sleeper, a TV, and a side chair for relaxation. The large dining table comfortably seats twelve, while additional seating for eight at the kitchen island invites lively gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for all your culinary adventures.
