The house is nice and clean . We really loved the little downstairs area with the turf. It was nice to have so the grandkids could play. The only downfall was we did have a pet and there are so many stickers it was hard on the paws. Loved the golf cart. We will keep this on our list for next year. The pool was nice though it did have a lot of sand .

Beautiful NEW beach condo

The condo is beautiful and themed to match the locale. We even looked up some of the decor and ordered some for our house! The space is ample for multiple guests to sleep, entertain, eat and relax. Plenty of plates, pans and glasses for dining and morning coffee. Make sure and bring everything to include cooking spray as there's no pantry and nothing is left behind to use. This wasn't very clear in the instructions so I'll mention it here. There's a community pool that is a 50' walk from this unit. It says it's across the street and that's technically true but it's just a very short walk. The units are pet friendly but the grounds are not. Stickers are everywhere so stick to the walking paths. The bottom yard has Astroturf which is nice and it's also a great sitting area with a picnic table and chairs. Also an outdoor shower and restroom. The golf cart is a game changer. I bought a beach cart at Costco but ended up not taking it and returned it when I got home yesterday! Driving right over the boardwalk is really nice

We had a wonderful stay at Beach View Smiles! The house was clean, beautifully furnished, and a perfect fit for our group. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to the beach —and we especially loved the boardwalk to the beach, which was both scenic and super convenient.The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, which we appreciated, though it would've been helpful to have some basic staples like salt, pepper, and cooking oil.As a pet owner, I was thrilled to find such a lovely, pet-friendly rental. However, the surrounding landscaping in the community wasn't very pet-friendly—my dog unfortunately got grass stickers in his paws from the vegetation, which were tough (and painful) to remove. Wish there could have been a designated pet friendly area located in the community.One other thing to note is that none of the bedrooms had closets. While there was some storage under the beds, it would've been more convenient to have closet space to hang clothes and keep things organized during our stay.Despite those small drawbacks, we truly enjoyed our time at Beach View Smiles and would definitely consider coming back!

nice clean rooms. Plenty of seating at kitchen table and picnic table. The extra touches were appreciated such as Cookware, grill, W/D, garden hose. The golf cart was key. Allowed us to do multiple activities at once. The convenience of being able to haul things to the beach while others in the party go fishing was a huge factor in overall enjoyment, especially being so far from town. Looking for a place to stay in the future would almost certainly require a golf cart

We really enjoyed our stay in the Beach View Smiles, and we will definitely stay here again. It had all the amenities our family of 6 had hoped for and more.
