Beach Life at The Haven, is Port A’s newest townhome experience. This four bedroom, three and a half bath home, sleeps twelve, with a private pool, and comes with a golf cart for your entire stay, and is conveniently located on 9th Street, close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. You may just want to extend your stay another day.
Enter on the first floor, and to the right you find BD1) it has a Twin over Queen bunk bed, nightstands with lamps, a small chest, and a smart TV.
At the end of the hall is BD2) complete with two Queen size beds, nightstand with lamps, a chest, a closet, and a smart TV. Between the two bedrooms is BA1) with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and a quartz countertop with a sink. Right outside the bath is a laundry closet, with a full size stackable washer & dryer for your use during your stay.
Let’s travel up the stairs to the second level, to the left, then left again is BD3) it has a King size bed, nightstand with lamp, a closet, a chest for your beach attire, and the ensuite BA2) full bath, has a beautiful tiled tub/shower combo, and a quartz countertop with a sink.
Back across the hall is BD4) the master; it has a King size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a closet, and a smart TV. The ensuite master bath BA3) is very luxurious with a tiled shower, separate tub, quartz countertops with double sinks.
Down the hall, on the left, is the half bath with a pedestal sink.
Straight ahead is the open concept of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area has a sectional sofa that has enough room for everyone, it also has a sleeper inside, a side chair, a chest with miscellaneous board games, and a TV with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi.
The large dining table seats 10 comfortably with two bench seats, and two chairs, additional seating for four at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen has all new sleek stainless-steel appliances, and for all the coffee lovers, it has both a Keurig, and a regular coffee maker.
Over to the side is an air hockey game for your enjoyment.
The door off the patio leads to a balcony, here you can sit out and enjoy your morning coffee, or in the evening you can watch the sunset.
Back outside down below, after a long day at the beach, come back and relax in the private pool, enjoy the patio with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating at the table & chairs, and an outdoor shower.  This house is completely kid friendly and offers a high chair, kid sized toilet seat adapters and games to enjoy in the living room. We love staying at this property. There were 8 of us and we all slept fantastic. Home was clean and inviting with lots of upscale amenities and finishes that we loved. We were close to all the fun and the beach and just far away to sleep soundly at night. Beds were super comfortable. Loved that we didn’t have to bring anything except coffee. We cooked all our meals and even used the charcoal bbq. We will for sure be back! We had a great time! Thank you!

Perfect beach condo location

Our family had a great time at this condo. The location can't be beat. It's close enough to walk to restaurants and stores, but close enough to the beach also. The pool was nice to relax in after a day at the beach. Everyone had their own room and TV to relax when the day was done.

House fit our two families perfectly. Clean and open floor plan. Used the included golf cart to go to the beach and drive around town. The location is very close to shops and beach. The house had enough utensils and dishes for us. But it is new so it may not have everything you are looking for. Would rent again if available

The Home looked Brand New. It had everything there to make a wonderful stay including Ninja Blender, Beach Chairs, and kids beach toys. Pool was refreshing, and rinse off hose for getting sand off everything.Location could not be better. Swing Bar, Whataburger, Beverage Barn, Beach access all right at the doorstep.

During our stay all of our expectations were exceeded!! The condos' location was excellent close to everything you will ever need or want. Fully stocked kitchen , bathroom , & bedrooms.. The pool was definitely a nice feature to have since we had little ones and 2 spunky but elderly ladies staying with us. We used the Golf cart as our primary source of transportation to get around the island during our stay and EVERYONE enjoyed that. This is a 5 STAR place to stay and we will be booking it for the 4th of July week for NEXT YEAR :)

Loved, loved, loved the location of this property. The pool is small but just perfect for the kids to splash around in. A 6 passenger golf cart was included. The house was perfect size for our family and was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Customer service was friendly and responded quickly to any questions and issues. We would definitely stay at this property again and use life in paradise.

We loved the space and accommodations. Having our own private pool was amazing so we didn't have to worry about too many people with our little ones in the pool. Super close to a bar and walking distance to the gelato shop!! Appreciated the air hockey table when we got stuck inside during a bad storm, so we didn't feel stuck inside we at least had something to do. The couch pull out is large and comfortable, all rooms had comfortable beds and a tv in each one. Just as advertised.

My friends and I decided to rent this place since it seemed like the most convenient house to rent out, and we were not disappointed by our choice. The pool and grill were a great combination for our summer escape, and we had lots of fun hanging out by the beach during the afternoon. Our check-in time was at 4 PM, but the team at Life in Paradise was able to get us checked in a little earlier, and we're happy they were able to; it was so much fun to stay at this house, it was so beautiful and well decorated. Would definitely come back again next time we get the week off to spend at this gorgeous home. Lots of memories.

Gotta admit, this was definitely one of the better properties I've rented out during my years visiting Port A, and I enjoyed every day we spent here. All of my friends loved the rooms, they were very accommodating with our check-in process, and the grill was an absolute blast to use while we stayed over there. The pool was a little chilly at first, but that's on us for going in during the morning. During the day, it can get really nice and warm, definitely recommend it if you're looking to relax while somebody barbecues outside. That's exactly what we did, and we had a lot of fun.The golf cart that came with the property was really good, and it definitely served its purpose of cruising us around town and to the beach. We got plenty of adventures with it, and we hope that whoever comes next to this wonderful home gets that same feeling.10/10!!

This jewel of a townhouse was the perfect place for our extended family! This location is fabulous. We were able to be at the beach or any of the best local spots in town within a quick few minutes in the golf cart. The house is a dream and an absolutely wonderful spot for a large family! The fresh style and decor is modern and simply beautiful. The open floorplan allowed for everyone to hang out together eating, playing games, watching sports or napping on the cozy sectional. The gourmet kitchen was an ideal set up for cooking for a large group and for prepping any and everything we needed for time at the beach. It was fully stocked with every appliance, dish or utensil we could have imagined and everything is top of the line in looks and quality. Every spacious bedroom feels like a beach retreat and was a perfect set up for little ones with early bedtimes as well as a college kid who wanted to catch a midday nap! The multiple walk-in showers are spacious and beautiful and the master bathroom tub makes you feel like you're at a spa. I was blown away by every detail that had been planned for with such thought and attention. They have provided anything you could possibly need or want so you don't even have to pack half the things you might think you need to. Soft and cozy blankets and throws in every room, the latest and greatest games for families as well as lots of options for toys and games for little ones. Our 4 and 2 year old granddaughters had so many choices of toys, books and games to play! There are also so many extras provided that you need with little ones - safety gates, toddler dishes/utensils, high chair, and even a toddler-friendly potty seat. The pool gave us the perfect spot to cool off midday, listen to music, float in the water and relax with a cold drink in hand while firing up the grill. It's also securely gated in a way that you don't have a moment of worry about little ones having any chance of getting to it without you.We are so excited to have discovered this perfect getaway spot and are checking our calendars to plan for a return trip this summer!
